I am Mama Bear, joyful helpmeet to the king of our modest castle, brave Papa Bear, who patiently "bears" so many burdens. We are a small family of 4 who strive to live simply but honestly with hearts of humility, and you may read about our daily doings here at A Tranquil Heart. While most of the blog posts you'll see here are written by me, Mama Bear, be sure that Papa Bear has had his wise input into them too!

The lonely farm, the crowded street,the palace and the slum, give welcome to my silent feet, as, bearing gifts, I come.
