I am Mama Bear, joyful helpmeet to the king of our modest castle, brave Papa Bear, who patiently "bears" so many burdens. We are a small family of 4 who strive to live simply but honestly with hearts of humility, and you may read about our daily doings here at A Tranquil Heart. While most of the blog posts you'll see here are written by me, Mama Bear, be sure that Papa Bear has had his wise input into them too!
